LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
The personal data processing required to the interested party is made pursuant to Article 6 of EU regulation 2016/679, for the following purposes:
- Data processing in the field of e-mail services and collaboration tools (invitation and participation in educational events, sending notifications for guidance and communication activities organized by the Center of Leadership Development, information about deadlines and procedures);
- Data processing for statistical surveys and evaluation of the Leadership Certificate Program.

PERSONAL INFORMATION ACQUIRED
The data collected are basically related to personal data, contacts, student ID, course of studies, expected graduation date. These data are directly provided by the interested party.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data may be processed by employees or collaborators of the Center for Leadership Development who, working under its direct authority, are appointed as responsible or authorized for data processing and are properly trained and receive specific operating instructions.

STORAGE TIME OF PERSONAL DATA
The data collected will be kept for the time established by current legislation or by the University regulations.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The interested parties, in relation to the personal data subject of this information, have the right to exercise the rights provided by the EU Regulation mentioned below:
- Right of access of the interested party (Article 15 of the EU Regulation) – The possibility of being informed about the processing performed on his/her Personal Data and eventually receive a copy;
- Right to correct personal data (Article 16 of the EU Regulation) – The interested party has the right to correction of incorrect personal data concerning him/her;
- Right to cancel their Personal Data without unnecessary delay (“right to be forgotten”, Article 17 of the EU Regulation) – The interested party has, and will have, the right to cancel his/her data;
- Right to limitation of his/her personal data processing, in the cases provided by Article 18 of the EU Regulation, including the case of unlawful processing or objections about the accuracy of Personal Data by the interested party (Article 18 of the EU Regulation);
- Right to data portability (Article 20 of the EU Regulation) – The interested party may request his/her Personal Data in a structured format, in order to forward them to another data controller, according to the cases provided by the same article;
- Right to object to personal data processing (Article 21 of the EU Regulation) – The interested party has, and will have, the right to object the processing of his/her personal data;
- Right not to be subjected to automated decision-making processes (Article 22 of the EU Regulation) – The interested party has, and will have, the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing.

With reference to the aforementioned purposes, the interested party has the right to proceed, at any time, to the withdrawal of consent for identity and personal data processing by sending an email to: leadership-lecco@polimi.it. Pursuant to Article 7 of the EU Regulation, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of treatment, based on the consent before the withdrawal.

PROCESSING METHODS
The processing of personal data will be carried out through manual, computerized and telematic means, however, suitable to guarantee their security and confidentiality. Security measures are used, in compliance with the provisions of Article 32 of the GDPR to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access and in compliance with the AgID Circular n. 2/2017 “Minimum ICT security measures for public administrations”.
The consent to data processing, for the purposes mentioned above, is free and optional. However, any refusal will imply to not participate in the Program and/or to not subscribe for initiatives and information services of the Center of Leadership Development.

 


E-MENTORING PROGRAM - Mentors

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
The personal data processing required to the interested party is made pursuant to Article 6 of EU regulation 2016/679, for the following purposes:
- Data processing in the field of e-mail services and collaboration tools (sending notifications for guidance and communication activities organized by the Center of Leadership Development, information about deadlines and procedures);
- Personal data processing necessary for management of the E-Mentoring Program;
- Data processing for statistical surveys and evaluation of the E-Mentoring Program.

PERSONAL INFORMATION ACQUIRED
The data collected are basically related to personal data, contacts, home country, current country, course of studies, institution attended, graduation year, company currently working for, country of the company, area of expertise, interests. These data are directly provided by the interested party.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data may be processed by employees or collaborators of the Center for Leadership Development who, working under its direct authority, are appointed as responsible or authorized for data processing and are properly trained and receive specific operating instructions.
Data (except for personal data, such as: name, surname, contacts) may also be disclosed to other subjects for the E-Mentoring Program purposes, for the specific needs of the Program. In particular, to take advantage of the services of the E-Mentoring Program, personal data (such as: name, surname, contacts) will be communicated only to the final subject, appointed as Mentee.
